Accredited Sleep Centers
Home Sleep Apnea Tests (HSATs) are useful but limited—they cannot diagnose narcolepsy, REM behavior disorder, or complex central apneas. We strongly recommend Type I in-lab polysomnography at accredited facilities.
Why Accreditation Matters
Facilities accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) are required to have a board-certified sleep physician on staff and maintain strict technical standards for EEG monitoring and CPAP titration protocols.
